GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
-Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
-Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
-Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to direct and supervise
-BS degree in Accounting or Finance

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
*month and end-year process
*accounts payable/receivable
*cash receipts
*general ledger
*payroll and utilities
*treasury, budgeting
*cash forecasting
*revenue and expenditure variance analysis
*capital assets reconciliations
*trust account statement reconciliations,
*check runs
*fixed asset activity
*debt activity
-Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
-Coordinate and complete annual audits
-Provide recommendations
-Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
-Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
-Meet financial accounting objectives
-Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

 
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-1/2 year/s of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
-Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
-Good understanding of labor laws
Proficient in MS Office
-1/2 year/s of experience with HR software such as ATS, HRIS and Recruitment Marketing platform
-Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Problem-solver
-Good decision-making skills
-Strong ethical standards
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
-Additional HR education and certification will be a plus

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
-Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
-Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
-Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
-Identified KPIs for HR department
-Plan and implement training programs
-Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
-Maintaining employee records and paperwork
-Adhere to laws and regulations
-Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals


R&D BAKER
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must possess at least a vocational Diploma/Short course Certificate, Food and Beverage Service Management or Equivalent, college level.
-Experience in the related field is an advantage
-Experience as a Baker
-Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough
-Understanding of food safety practices
-Excellent time-management skills
-Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
-Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
-Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
-Certification from a culinary school is a plus

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare for a new research and development project
-Bake different dessert pastries
-Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
-Mix various ingredients to create fillings
-Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries
-Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
-Other baking requirements as per the management


CAKE DECORATOR
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
-At least 1/2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Fondant, 3D and 2D Sugar Art, Baking Cakes, Bread and Pastry
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
-Services Management or equivalent
-With knowledge in basic numerical computation and safety sanitation standards
-Has a keen eye to details
-Highly creative

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Covers cakes using fondant or buttercream
-Responsible in cake detailing depending on cake sketch/ client’s reference picture
-Produces good quality 3D and 2D sugar art toppers
-Produces good quality sugar cookies, cake pops and other desserts
-Prepares, mixes and stocks fondant/gum paste
-Follows standard procedures as required by recipe
-Maintains work area clean and orderly.
-Performs other duties as required by immediate superior.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
-Can do 3D and 2D designs Baking & Decorating equipment such as but not limited to oven, mixer, stove, measuring cups, baking utensils
-Computer Printer/Scanner
